Begin Registration

Step 1 - Read Information Pages

Start by reading these information pages. We suggest that you print the camper checklist.

Step 2 - Print the Forms

Print the registration and health forms and fill them out. We need to have your signature on paper.

Please note: Registration will not be accepted until all of the registration form, health form, and full payment are received by the registrar.

Step 3 - Prepare an Envelope

Address and stamp an envelope to the registrar:

Step 4 - Payment

cheque If paying by cheque, please write one for the entire camp fee and put it in the envelope with the registration form and health form.
Make cheques payable to: Ottawa CGIT Committee. We do not accept post-dated cheques.

If paying by credit card or INTERAC Online, read the rest of the steps and then click on the Begin Payment button. This takes you to a page that lists the camps and allows choosing how many girls are going to each camp. A Continue button there takes you to our credit card provider to fill in credit card info and have it authenticated.

A successful transaction generates email to you and an email to the registrar. The "Transaction - Approved" web page will have a confirmation number called a Sales Order Number. Please copy this onto the registration form(s) in the "Payment Information" box to make it easier for the registrar to match them up.

Please have your printed registration and health forms filled in and ready to mail before you proceed with making an online payment.

Step 5 - Mail the Forms

Mail the completed registration form, health form, and payment information to the registrar.

The forms and payment must reach the registrar at least two weeks before the start of the camp session.

Step 6 - Finalizing Registration

Cheques will be cashed when they reach the registrar. INTERAC Online transactions were charged immediately in Step 4.
Credit card transactions will be delayed until the forms reach the registrar. The camper names and confirmation numbers on your paper forms will make it easier to match them to the credit card and INTERAC Online transactions.

Please note that your camper is not guaranteed to be registered until the completed forms reach us, and full payment has been made. We will send a confirmation email when the registration has been accepted.
