Personal information is collected, used, maintained, and disclosed for the purposes of running our summer camps.

Web Site

Traffic coming to our website is automatically logged by our server, which records IP your address, browser type, and which pages are viewed. We use this information for analysis and web site diagnostic purposes. Individual traffic patterns will not be disclosed to any third party.
We are not using web browser cookies at this time.

Online Newsletters

We store your email address when you subscribe to the newsletter on the Camp Kalalla Newsletters page. We do not match this up with any other records, and we do not share the addresses with any third party.
The newsletters have an option that allow you to cancel your subscription at any time.

Donations

When you make an online donation we ask for personal information including your name, e-mail and mailing addresses, telephone number, credit card number, type, and expiration date. We use this information for the credit card processing and to provide you with a tax receipt and thank you note. Your credit card information is entirely handled by our secure credit card processor and is not stored on our site.

Camper Information

The registration form is used by the registrar, and held by the Camp Manager during the camp session. It helps us put the campers into the right groups, and provides emergency contact information during camp.
The health form is held and used by the Camp Health Care Worker to maintain ongoing treatment and medication for each camper, and it is also used in being able to handle emergency treatment until we can reach a camper's parent or guardian.
Information about allergy and special food needs will be widely shared during camp.
The forms are shredded after one year.

Photographs

Photographs, video or still images, of the children and staff participating in camp activities will be taken and may be used by CGIT Camp Kalalla for publicity purposes, including but not limited to the web site, printed materials, brochures and camp fair displays. The camper's name will not be associated with the pictures that we use in our advertising.

Online Payments

When you make an online payment for registration or for souvenir clothing, we ask for personal information including your name, e-mail and mailing addresses, telephone number, credit card number, type, and expiration date. We use this information for the credit card processing and to match your payment to your registration or clothing order. We may use the phone number or email address if we encounter a problem with the payment. Your credit card information is entirely handled by our secure credit card processor and is not stored on our site.
