Canadian Girls in Training (CGIT) is a Christian program for girls between the ages of 11 and 15. Weekly meetings are based on the 4-fold purpose: Cherish Health, Seek Truth, Know God, and Serve Others. Some activities CGIT groups enjoy include: music, games, crafts, Bible study and discussions, drama, banquets, parties, camping, guest speakers, and participation in worship services. CGIT encourages girls to build on their strengths and develop leadership skills.
