Retreat Day – Camp Kalalla

Join us on either September 6 or Sept 7, 2025

You are invited to this day-long retreat with a focus on health and wellbeing. (The retreat is one day long, and is offered on two days- you choose which day is best for you!)

Through a mix of activities, both individual, small group, and whole group, you will be invited to reflect on the ways that you offer care to yourself in your daily life. You will be able to take time to consider acts you currently engage in which you are finding helpful, and ways you might like to change in order to care for yourself more.

An hour-long Gong/Sound Bath will be one part of the day. This is an experience of lying down or sitting (in comfortable clothes) and being “bathed” in sound (no water is involved). People generally find it very relaxing and meditative.*

The stress of daily living affects us all and can prevent us from functioning at our full potential. Please join us in this day of reflection as we consider ways to continue on our journey towards greater health and wellbeing!
